CoatFlex Engine

CoatFlex Engine

CoatFlex Engine is a self-developed high-performance optical thin film calculation engine that performs all thin film-related operations, including film stack design optimization, reverse engineering, refractive index fitting, and spectrum calculation.

CoatFlex Engine is designed for industrial production environments, suitable for long-running, high-load continuous computation.

Integration Features

CoatFlex Engine is fully integrated into the OSC Low-E system:

  • Automatic Operation: Runs automatically in the background without manual startup
  • No Manual Control Required: All calculations are triggered automatically without user intervention
  • Seamless Integration: All calculation functions work transparently
  • High Performance: Native high-performance computing core, optimized for production environments

Usage

CoatFlex Engine is automatically available in the following modules:

  • Development Module: Film stack design and optimization
  • Reverse Engineering Module: Calculate layer thicknesses from measured spectra
  • Index Fitting Module: Material optical constants fitting
  • Process Master Module: Process control and uniformity adjustment

All optical calculations are handled automatically by CoatFlex Engine without user intervention.
